Here's a more detailed breakdown of what to expect:
1. Shipment Notifications:
You will receive an email notification in advance of your shipment, including details about the wines included and the estimated shipping date(s). Regardless of wine membership tier, all shipments will be distributed in March, July, and October for a total of 3 shipments.
2. Payment and Charges:
For wine club shipments, charges are automatically applied to your credit card one week prior to shipping.
3. Shipping and Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress. It will be shipped via FedEx.
Wine regulations only allow us to ship to consumers in the following states: Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming.
We will gladly ship our olive oil to any state.
4. Important Dates and Deadlines:
Keep an eye out for important dates, such as the last day to make membership changes or the date when shipments are available. If you are in a tier that allows for wine customization, you will be notified of wine selection deadlines for customizing your shipment, so make sure to act accordingly.
5. Other Considerations:
An adult signature is required upon delivery. If your shipment is sent back to the winery, you may be charged a reshipping fee. If you receive a corked or damaged bottle, contact the winery to arrange for a replacement.
